How to download CBS.com videos?

Saving video with url source starting with "blob:" (saved in program memory?) from website

I want to download videos from a website.Digging in the HTTP, I can find urls for the video source, however since they are prefixed "blob:" I don't think these urls point to the host, but to local memory (of Google Chrome, or...?)An example of these video blob URLs is this:

"blob:http://baltimore.cbslocal.com/deb7b23a-dc20-4da6-90cb-969660189612"

The website I'm trying to download these files from is this

"http://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2016/02/06/its-academic-february-6-2016/"

There are multiple videos that I would like to download. I do not wish to simply employ screencapture or audiocapture software as I need to avoid watermarks and retain the source quality as much as possible.
